About This Programme

Most beginners do not quit Python because it is hard. They quit because an error message stops them for two days and there is nobody to ask.

In a live lesson that problem lasts about a minute. You share your screen, you write the code, and your tutor watches you do it. The habit being taught is reading the error and fixing it yourself, which is most of what programming turns out to be.

What You Will Be Able To Do

  • Write and run Python programs on your own machine
  • Read an error message and work out what it is telling you
  • Break a problem into steps before writing any code
  • Finish small projects you can show to someone
