4. Live chat
We use Tawk.to to provide live chat support. If you open the chat, Tawk.to may process messages and contact details you provide, as well as technical information such as your IP address and browser or device details. Its widget may use cookies and local storage to support the conversation. We enable a consent prompt before the widget sets those cookies or local-storage items, and disable its optional visitor IP tracking.
